Terms of Service

By using Pickade.cc you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Pickade is

Pickade is a "pick'em" game for cycling fans. Users predict winners of stages, classics, monuments and seasonal rankings. Points are for entertainment only · Pickade does not run betting, does not handle money, and does not pay out prizes.

2. User account

• Creating an account requires an email and password, or a sign-in via Google, Facebook or Strava.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pickade. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and any third-party sign-in account confidential, and for any activity carried out on your account.
• One person — one account. Multiple accounts owned by the same person will be blocked.
• If you sign in via Google, Facebook or Strava, your use of those flows is also subject to the respective provider's terms (Google Terms, Meta Terms, Strava Terms). Pickade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta or Strava.

3. What is prohibited

• Attempts to bypass the picking mechanism (bots, automated scripts).
• Spam, harassment of other users, abusive content.
• Scraping the service, reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts.
• Submitting false profile data (impersonating other people).

4. Your content

By choosing a username, country, city or other profile fields, you grant Pickade a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them within the service (rankings, public profile). You can change or delete this data at any time.

You also grant Pickade a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your username together with your in-service results and achievements (such as your ranking position or the trophies you win) in Pickade's promotional materials, including social media. In such materials we never show your first or last name — we use your username only. You can opt out of this promotional use at any time by writing to marek@pickade.cc — this does not apply to materials already published.

5. Pickade's content

The Pickade name, logo, design, copy and software are the property of CLICKING4YOU Marek Waluś (or its licensors). Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. Race results and rider data are sourced from ProCyclingStats and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. No warranties

Pickade is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or 100% data accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page for the procedure. Pickade may suspend accounts that violate these terms (with the right to appeal at marek@pickade.cc).

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

9. Governing law and operator

The service is operated by CLICKING4YOU Marek Waluś, registered office: ul. Wincentego Witosa 64, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): PL5472091113. These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered address. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
